The normal high temperature is 107 degrees, so both days will be several degrees above normal. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">Highs will stay around 110 for Monday and Tuesday, but then drop to 106 by Wednesday. Wednesday will also bring a slight chance of storms to the Valley as some monsoon moisture approaches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">The chance of showers and storms in the Valley will increase to 20% on Thursday and 30% on Friday. Even if the showers don\u2019t materialize, below-normal temperatures are likely, with a high of 104 on Thursday and 105 on Friday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">For the High Country, an excessive heat warning remains in effect for elevations below 4,000 feet in the Grand Canyon. Warm and breezy conditions will also bring an elevated fire danger.
