Fort Worth proptech company Lone Wolf Technologies announced that Matt Fischer has been appointed its chief executive officer, effective immediately. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Fischer succeeds Jimmy Kelly, who will remain with the company in an advisory capacity during the leadership transition.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith his deep product and technology expertise and an unwavering focus on customer experience, Matt is an ideal leader for Lone Wolf\u2019s next chapter,\u201d Agha Khan, a company director, said in a statement. \u201cI believe Matt\u2019s track record of building market-leading platforms through growth, acquisition, and innovation will help Lone Wolf accelerate its vision and deliver even greater value to brokerages and agents.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khan continued, \u201cOn behalf of the board, I would like to thank Jimmy for his leadership during a pivotal period in Lone Wolf\u2019s evolution. During his tenure, Lone Wolf substantially expanded its scale, through both acquisitions and organic investments, to prepare for accelerated growth and value creation. We greatly appreciate Jimmy\u2019s contributions to the company.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lone Wolf said that over the last several years, it has made a significant investment in its platform, technology, and operating model, unifying its product portfolio and delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience.<\/p>\n

Building on that momentum, the company is entering its next phase of growth, focused on advancing a unified platform, embedding AI across its products, and serving customers with integrated and tailored solutions. From AI agents to enhanced transaction and forms capabilities, Lone Wolf said it is \u201cfocused on delivering the next generation of solutions that brokerages and agents depend on to operate more efficiently and competitively.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fischer joins Lone Wolf from Boston-based Bullhorn, where he spent more than 20 years growing the business from a single-product startup to a multi-product market leader with more than 10,000 customers worldwide.<\/p>\n

During his time at Bullhorn, Fischer held positions of increasing responsibility. As Bullhorn\u2019s president and chief operating officer, he was \u201ca visionary leader and a driving force behind Bullhorn\u2019s growth strategy,\u201d Lone Wolf said. Fischer led large product, engineering, and delivery teams responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and aligning the organization around that mission.<\/p>\n
