\n\tThe cause of death of Peter Greene<\/a>, the actor known for his memorable roles in\u00a0Pulp Fiction<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0The Mask, has been determined, two months after he was found dead<\/a> inside his New York City apartment following a wellness check on Dec. 12, 2025.<\/p>\n \n\tGreen died after accidentally shooting himself in the left armpit, according to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in New York City, per Deadline<\/a>. The Medical Examiner\u2019s office confirmed that the actor\u2019s cause of death\u00a0was a gunshot wound \u201cof left axilla with injury of brachial artery,\u201d which caused extensive bleeding.
