Ascentis
\n Wealth Management<\/a>, part of Ascentis Holdings \u2013 a group
\n holding RIA firms \u2013 yesterday said it is welcoming Ascentis
\n Family Wealth. It is a newly-launched wealth advisory firm \u2013 led
\n by Kevin Gray \u2013 based in Dallas.\u00a0
\n<\/p>\n
\n Previously, Gray founded Veracity Capital and served as its CEO.
\n Once all assets have been transferred over, Ascentis Family
\n Wealth will have about $250 million in assets under management.
\n It is a member of Advisory Services Network, which will provide
\n the firm with operations solutions and compliance support.
\n<\/p>\n
\n Ascentis Family Wealth specializes in serving high net worth and
\n ultra-HNW investors and their families, entrepreneurs, business
\n owners, wealth creators and athletes. Other members of the team
\n include Niko Puritz wealth advisor, and Lisa Monello, client
\n relationship specialist.
\n<\/p>\n
\n The announcement comes after the formal launch in January of
\n Ascentis Holdings, a unified wealth management and asset
\n management platform comprising\u00a0three businesses under one
\n company: Ascentis Wealth Management (AWM), Ascentis Asset
\n Management (AAM), and Ascentis Independent Advisors (AIA).
\n<\/p>\n
\n Michael Mansur and Clint Sorenson founded and oversee Ascentis
\n Holdings and serve as CEOs of AWM and AAM, respectively. John
\n Nahas leads AIA and is a founding partner in the broader Ascentis
\n platform.
