It seems Hilary Duff<\/a> has fears like the rest of us, including a big fear that her husband, Matthew Koma, will leave her for another musician.<\/p>\n

When asked about her marriage by Rolling Stone<\/a>, the Lizzie McGuire<\/a> alum said, \u201cI always think Matt\u2019s going to leave me for some coolio indie songwriter that he works with.\u201d<\/p>\n

Almost immediately after saying this, Koma replied, \u201cWhich is so insane. But also very real. Those are real things to get hung up on emotionally.\u201d<\/p>\n

(Koma\u2019s dating history doesn\u2019t show any cheating scandals. His last high-profile relationship before Duff was with Carly Rae Jepsen, from 2012 to 2015. And apparently, her 2013 single \u201cTonight I\u2019m Getting Over You\u201d was inspired by their on-again, off-again relationship. But after the breakup, the two seemed cordial!)<\/p>\n

For those who don\u2019t know, Duff and Koma originally met in 2013 while working on Duff\u2019s album Breathe In. Breathe Out. However, they didn\u2019t get together until 2017, but they even split up a few months into their romance. They quickly got back together and got engaged in 2019. They later married on December 21, 2019.<\/p>\n

They share three children together: two girls, Banks Violet<\/a>, born in Oct 2018,<\/a> Mae, born in March 2021, and Townes Meadow<\/a>, born in May 2024. Duff also has a son named Luca, born March 2012, with ex<\/a> Mike Comrie.<\/p>\n

In a previous interview with The Talk, she talked about how \u201cthird time\u2019s a charm\u201d with their romance. She said, \u201cIt\u2019s going so great. I mean, this is the third time that we\u2019ve dated and I think that what [Selena Gomez] says has so much merit to it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTiming is such a big deal \u2026 third time\u2019s a charm,\u201d she added. \u201cI think that you have history and a past with someone and love, and just because it doesn\u2019t work out the first time, the second time, as long as there\u2019s not too much damage done, then, it can always work out again.\u201d<\/p>\n
