I love that if I want any type of cuisine, I can find it in Houston.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you love most about the industry?<\/strong><br \/>Most people\u2019s biggest dream is to become a homeowner. People work so hard to achieve this and to be apart of it at closings gives me so much excitement for their new chapters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the most difficult aspect of your job?<\/strong><br \/>Carrying the weight of my clients\u2019 biggest financial decisions while making it look effortless. Behind every smooth closing is strategy, negotiation, risk analysis and relentless follow-through.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s your best advice for generating new leads?<\/strong><br \/>Working your sphere and social medias. Open houses play a big part too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are you binge-watching\/reading\/listening to?<\/strong><br \/>Bravo anything! I love reading self knowledge books and I\u2019m obsessed with podcasts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s your favorite meal in Houston?<\/strong><br \/>The minestrone soup with the eggplant parmesan from the original Carrabba\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston?<\/strong><br \/>The Rice Hotel building downtown. I\u2019ve always appreciated architecture that feels built to last.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s the weirdest thing that\u2019s ever happened to you on the job?<\/strong><br \/>I\u2019ve had a deal renegotiated from the backseat of an Uber on the way to the airport. Real estate doesn\u2019t wait and neither do I.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?<\/strong><br \/>I have five dogs! Four chihuahuas and one German shepherd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your favorite vacation spot and why?<\/strong><br \/>Kas Turkey.
