Scary as hell,&#8221; commented TikTok user Michaila Busbee.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">While major chains like Burger King and McDonald\u2019s have made public commitments to improve worker retention and compensation, stories like Hamilton\u2019s suggest those promises may not always reach the frontline. And by grace of God, she gave me a job.
