\u201cThe kitchen has a great view of the northern mountains and the Getty,\u201d Jackson said.<\/p>\n

From the private elevator, \u201cyou walk right into a private foyer, which opens to a semi-formal living area and then a formal living area, with the dining area to the right,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The Carlyle has particularly good amenities, Jackson said. \u201cThey have a great gym there and a pool and spa and outdoor seating areas.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ve got five-star service there,\u201d he said. \u201cThe concierge is very helpful.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 3,535-square-foot home has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one partial bathroom.<\/p>\n

The building stands along the Wilshire Corridor, which has lots of luxury condo buildings, Jackson said. \u201cIt\u2019s across from [the neighborhood of] Westwood, between Brentwood and Beverly Hills. You can walk to Westwood.\u201d<\/p>\n
