Proposals to remove two items from the City of Scottsdale\u2019s capital improvement plan has some city officials concerned about where Scottsdale\u2019s water is going to come from in the future.<\/p>\n
The city\u2019s Budget Review Commission took a look during its Jan. 23 meeting at staff\u2019s recommendations to changes to the city\u2019s five-year capital improvement plan, which included eliminating roughly $25 million for a feasibility study for improvements to Bartlett Dam and another roughly $68 million for improvements to the city\u2019s Advanced Water Purification system.<\/p>\n
