It is now under contract to acquire Ivy Tower, a 45-story residential complex at <b>350 West 43rd Street<\/b>, and the two residential towers on West 35th Street in Hudson Yards that hold a combined unit count of 304 units.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yahoo Finance first reported news of the sale.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Newmark<\/b>\u2019s <b>Adam Spies, Doug Harmon, Adam Doneger <\/b>and<b> Avery Silverstein<\/b> represented the sellers in the transaction.
