Welcome aboard, Applebee’s!

The dual-branded restaurant serves IHOP pancakes and breakfasts side-by-side with Applebee’s burgers and boneless wings. It serves a unique menu with items from both brands and some new exclusives, such as a Buffalo Chicken Omelet and Ultimate Breakfast Burger, that can be mixed, matched, and ordered any time of day – including specialty cocktails such as an espresso martini or Irish coffee – all under one roof.

According to a release, the Euless location is owned and operated by the Rima Hakim Group, a longtime IHOP franchisee with more than 30 years of experience.

“We’ve happily served IHOP guests in Euless and the surrounding area since 1987,” says Morgan Grob, Rima Hakim Group vice president of operations, in the release. “This first-of-its-kind, dual-branded Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar | IHOP in DFW is especially meaningful for us because having our friends, neighbors, and loyal supporters in Euless be the first to experience this unique and innovative dining concept makes us incredibly proud.”

The first dual-branded Applebee’s-IHOP in the U.S. opened in Seguin, outside San Antonio, in February 2025.
