MADISON, Wis. \u2014 UnityPoint Health-Meriter has announced its new market chief nursing officer, effective on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Faye Collins accepted her new role, bringing extensive experience in nursing leadership and healthcare operations.<\/p>\n
Collins most recently served as vice president\/chief nursing officer at Advocate-Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan County. There, she led clinical operations and nursing strategy across complex care environments.<\/p>\n
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her master’s degree from UW-Madison. She holds a doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama.<\/p>\n

In her new role, Collins will partner with leaders and care teams throughout UnityPoint Health and across the Madison market to drive innovative nursing initiatives while advancing the organization’s values.<\/p>\n
