A newly built glass house by West Hollywood\u2013based firm\u00a0Tag Front Architects<\/a>\u00a0rises in Los Angeles\u2019s ultra-exclusive Bird Streets, defined by its striking transparency and modern design. Its bold, sculptural form makes it one of the most unique residences in the celeb-dense hillsides neighborhood above the Sunset Strip, where stars like Leonardo DiCaprio and Keanu Reeves have long resided.<\/p>\n

Dubbed\u00a0the Curve on Thrush<\/a>, the over 4,500-square-foot house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms was completed last year. \u201cIt is a statement piece,\u201d press materials claim, while also emphasizing that it \u201cstands as a bold expression of art, architecture, and lifestyle at the highest level.\u201d Co-listing agents Oliver Thornton of Hollywood Estates and Kristofer Everett-Einarsson of Carolwood Estates hold the keys to the $8.88 million spread.<\/p>\n

These extraordinary views are hinted at from the driveway thanks to the facade\u2019s two-story wall of glass that\u2019s framed by trees.<\/p>\n

The steel structure is prominent throughout the home, starting in the foyer, where a floating staircase leads up to the bedroom level. In the primary suite, wood plank flooring pops against black window frames, while gray stone flooring in the bathroom elevates a freestanding tub and Calacatta marble shower. A walk-in closet offers ample hanging and shelf space.<\/p>\n
