CALAVERAS LAKE, Texas \u2014 Multiple agencies were called to assist in the search and recovery of an unidentified male at Calaveras Lake on Sunday. <\/p>\n
The San Antonio Fire Department (SAFD) says they received reports of a person in the water around 11:00 a.m. and multiple agencies were called to assist in the search and launched boats. <\/p>\n
As of 2:28 p.m., SAFD says the surface search has been discontinued but county and state agencies will continue to search the lake with sonar equipment. <\/p>\n
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) has confirmed the search has turned to a recovery operation. The victim has not been identified as of yet but the sheriff’s office says the victim is a 20-year-old male. <\/p>\n
