EXCLUSIVE: <\/strong>Shiv Pai<\/a> (Marvel\u2019s Iron Fist) is set as a series regular in The Tillbrooks<\/a> (fka Regency<\/a>) CBS<\/a>\u2018 historical comedy pilot, from Tara Hernandez and Warner Bros. Television.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Tillbrooks (fka Regency) is a historical spin on the classic multi-cam family sit-com, centered around the upper-middle class Tillbrooks as they navigate life, love, and scandal in 19th Century England.<\/p>\n

\n\tPai joins previously announced Rhys Darby<\/a>, Hayley Griffith and Mia Challis in the project.<\/p>\n

\n\tPai will play Henry, the head groundskeeper of Hartford Park, who is kind, charming, and knowledgeable about plants. A down-to-earth, sensible young man, Henry takes pride in his job and works hard to look after his numerous brothers and sisters.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tHernandez serves as writer and executive producer. Warner Bros. Television is the studio.<\/p>\n

\n\tPai\u2019s credits include Marvel\u2019s\u00a0Iron Fist, A24\u2019s\u00a0Uncut Gems, and\u00a0On My Block. In 2025, he received a nomination for Best Rising Actor for\u00a0All There Is\u00a0at the WorldFest Houston Film Festival. He will next be seen in the college comedy feature\u00a0Pizza Movie, premiering at SXSW 2026, and in the current season of\u00a0Grey\u2019s Anatomy.
