{"id":63934,"date":"2025-07-14T04:12:10","date_gmt":"2025-07-14T04:12:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/63934\/"},"modified":"2025-07-14T04:12:10","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T04:12:10","slug":"bluglass-demonstrates-leading-edge-precision-in-visible-gan-lasers-at-icns-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/63934\/","title":{"rendered":"BluGlass demonstrates leading-edge precision in visible GaN lasers at ICNS-15"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Semiconductor developer BluGlass has unveiled performance enhancements to its gallium nitride lasers, demonstrating leading-edge precision at the International Congress on Nitride Semiconductors in Malm\u00f6, Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>The advances unlock key functionality for next-generation applications including quantum computing, secure communication and wearable medical devices.<\/p>\n<p>BluGlass published its results in an invited presentation on GaN Distributed Feedback lasers and amplifiers for next-generation high-power devices at the global industry conference.<\/p>\n<p><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.engineersaustralia.org.au\/learning-and-events\/conferences-and-major-events\/climate-smart-engineering?utm_source=aumanufacturing&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=CSE25&amp;utm_id=CSE25&amp;utm_content=register-now#content-tab-2\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" aria-label=\"CSE25-Marketing-Campaign-Assets_Newsletter-ad_468x60_1 (2)\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CSE25-Marketing-Campaign-Assets_Newsletter-ad_468x60_1-2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"468\" height=\"60\" style=\"display: inline-block; max-width: 100%; height: auto;\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The demonstrated performance improvements include expanded Fabry-P\u00e9rot laser wavelengths and multi-mode power conversion efficiencies of 43 per cent, representing a 16 per cent year-over-year increase.
