Media Res\u2019 Michael Ellenberg and Lindsey Springer also executive produce, along with Zander Lehmann and Micah Schraft. Witherspoon executive produces alongside Lauren Neustadter for Hello Sunshine, while Aniston and Kristin Hahn executive produce through Echo Films.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSeason 4 of The Morning Show takes place in spring 2024, almost two years after the events of Season 3. With the UBA-NBN merger complete, the newsroom must grapple with newfound responsibility, hidden motives and the elusive nature of truth in a polarized America. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSeason 3 received 16 Emmy nominations, with Crudup landing his second Emmy Award win for his performance as Cory Ellison in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series category.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tDaniels, also a two-time Emmy winner for\u00a0The Newsroom\u00a0and\u00a0Godless, has been recurring on another Apple TV series, comedy Shrinking, playing Jimmy\u2019s (Jason Segel) dad. He recently starred in American Rust, which <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2024\/07\/american-rust-canceled-prime-video-1236023889\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ran for two seasons<\/a> across Showtime and Prime Video, and in Netflix\u2019s limited series\u00a0A Man In Full. Daniels was played former FBI director James Comey in The Comey Rule, for which he received a Golden Globe nomination. Next up, Daniels will portray President Ronald Reagan in the upcoming Cold War film Reykjavik.
