Photo: Phil O\u2019Brien<\/p>\n<p>At a recent meeting of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=h7MHNpAiZtQ\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Manhattan Community Board 4\u2019s Waterfront, Parks and Environment Committee<\/a>, Whitney Talcott, a landscape architect with NYC Parks, presented a preliminary design for a $6.1 million reconstruction project aimed at modernizing aging facilities and improving the layout of the park.<\/p>\n<p>Success!
