Instead, it sent him on a journey from Arizona to London, Paris, and Normandy \u2014 and eventually to the top of the culinary world.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Today, Chef Christopher is a James Beard Foundation Award-winning chef and he took home the Antonin Car\u00eame Medal in 2025. Mentorship and philanthropy is also important to chef, as he helped found the Arizona chapter of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aiwf.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.aiwf.org\/\">American Institute of Wine and Food<\/a> and to launch the \u201cFlavors of Phoenix\u201d fundraiser benefitting the <a href=\"https:\/\/liverfoundation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/liverfoundation.org\/\">American Liver Foundation<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">In 2018, Gross moved his operations to one of the Valley\u2019s most historic addresses: the Wrigley Mansion.
