If Team Mexico\u2019s manager thought Randy Arozarena\u2019s surprising feud with Seattle Mariners teammate Cal Raleigh might be a distraction at the World Baseball Classic, he hid it well during his March 11 pregame press conference.<\/p>\n

He had stretched out his hand prior to his first plate appearance in the WBC Pool B game.
