Stray Cats<\/a> just announced a summer tour that will send the rockabilly legends to 15 theaters, performing arts centers, fairs, casinos and more all over the U.S. from late July through mid-August.<\/p>\n That includes not one, not two but three (!) shows in New York and New Jersey for Brian Setzer and co. They\u2019re scheduled to take place at:<\/p>\n NYCB Theatre<\/strong> Ocean Casino Resort<\/strong> Mayo Center for the Performing Arts<\/strong> These gigs come after Stray Cats had to cancel their 2025 run due to Setzer\u2019s serious illness.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s good to be healthy and strong again,\u201d Setzer, 66, shared via Instagram<\/a>. There\u2019s something about the unique sound of The Stray Cats that keeps drawing me in. The Gretsch guitar, the acoustic bass, and the stand-up drums still sound pure and fresh today. This one\u2019s a euphoric gas that\u2019ll get you on your feet in no time.<\/p>\n After that fiery ditty, \u201cTeenage Heaven\u201d<\/strong> slows things down a bit.
