In the caption, they wrote: \u201cIntroducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tNews of her birth comes nearly eight months after the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/black-sabbath\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Black Sabbath<\/a>\u00a0frontman\u2019s death. Ozzy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ozzy-osbourne-black-sabbath-dead-obituary-1227265\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">died at the age of 76 <\/a>of a heart attack on July 22, 2025, and suffered from coronary artery disease and Parkinson\u2019s disease. Weeks before his death, Ozzy was able to give his fans a bittersweet final goodbye with a hometown <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-live-reviews\/ozzy-osbourne-black-sabbath-back-to-the-beginning-concert-1235379405\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Back to the Beginning concert<\/a> alongside members of Black Sabbath at Villa Park in Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tJack shared a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ozzy-osbourne-son-jack-mournful-tribute-1235401603\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">tribute<\/a> on Instagram to his father last August. \u201cHe was so many things to so many people, but I was so lucky and blessed to be apart of a\u00a0very small group\u00a0that got to call him \u2018Dad,\u2019\u201d Jack wrote. \u201cMy heart is full of so much sadness and sorrow, but also so much love and gratitude. I lost the best friend I ever had.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tOzzy Matilda is Jack and Aree\u2019s second child. Their first,\u00a0Maple Artemis Osbourne,\u00a0was born on July 9, 2022.
