Shia LaBeouf has been spotted in Italy this week after receiving a judge\u2019s OK to travel internationally following his February arrests<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The \u201cHoles\u201d actor was photographed getting into a black car in Rome after he seemingly touched down in the City of Love on Wednesday to support his dad, Jeffrey, at his baptism. <\/p>\n

Per the photos, he went with a cozy look for his day of travel and sported a red, black and white patterned graphic t-shirt and a pair of gray shorts.<\/p>\n

The actor appeared very casual and collected, and kept a somewhat low profile with a pair of sunglasses.<\/p>\n

The actor was photographed getting into a black car in Rome reportedly to support his dad, Jeffrey, at his baptism. BACKGRID<\/p>\n

According to court documents viewed by Page Six, LaBeouf filed a request to leave New Orleans for the vacation on Feb. 25. <\/p>\n

His attorney asked the court allow him to travel from March 1-8 for the brief vacation \u201cfor religious observations\u201d and noted that he has no planned court dates during that time.<\/p>\n

However, judge Simone Levine \u2014 who previously oversaw his Feb. 26 court appearance<\/a> \u2014 denied the motion during a bond and status court hearing on Feb. 26. <\/p>\n

On March 4, LaBeouf\u2019s attorney appeared in court a second time on behalf of the actor seeking permission for his travel. This time, New Orleans judge Peter Hamilton granted the motion for leave. <\/p>\n

According to court records, the \u201cHoney Boy\u201d star is expected to have another court hearing on March 19.<\/p>\n

The former Disney Channel star found himself in trouble with the law last month after he was arrested on Feb. 17<\/a> over an alleged Mardi Gras bar brawl. <\/p>\n

Footage of the altercation showed LaBeouf allegedly hurling gay slurs at the two men he was fighting. A police report later revealed the actor called the men \u201cf\u2014-ts\u201d between punches and potentially dislocated the nose of one man involved in the incident.<\/p>\n

The actor was charged with two counts of simple battery, and was initially released on his own recognizance, leaving him to quickly hit the New Orleans streets<\/a> that same night for more partying. <\/p>\n

At his Feb. 26 court appearance, Levine revoked his initial release and ordered LaBeouf to attend rehab, undergo a drug testing program and pay a $100,000 bond under the new terms of his release. <\/p>\n

Days after his court appearance, LaBeouf was arrested once again<\/a> on Feb. 28 on one count of simple battery. <\/p>\n
