The Bronx has among the highest rates of depression and serious psychological distress in New York City, the fewest mental health providers, and the lowest rate of people getting help.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, the Bronx ranked <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countyhealthrankings.org\/health-data\/new-york\/bronx?year=2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">62nd out of 62 counties<\/a> in New York State for health.
