{"id":652362,"date":"2026-03-13T09:35:14","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T09:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/652362\/"},"modified":"2026-03-13T09:35:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T09:35:14","slug":"meraki-by-tim-love-leads-wave-of-new-fort-worth-restaurants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/652362\/","title":{"rendered":"Meraki by Tim Love leads wave of new Fort Worth restaurants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FORT WORTH<\/p>\n<p>A new Mediterranean restaurant from nationally known chef Tim Love is about to make its debut, the latest in a sudden rush of grand openings in time for spring.<\/p>\n<p>Meraki will open March 18 in the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DVzNltyElEP\/\">former restaurant and bar<\/a> for a pickleball court at 1615 Rogers Road, according to the online reservations page at <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.exploretock.com\/meraki-fort-worth\/\">exploretock.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is not yet listed on <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cheftimlove.com\/\">Love\u2019s website<\/a>. Courtesy of Food Network                                                                                        <\/p>\n<p>Meraki joins these openings, all within days:<\/p>\n<p>\u26ab <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.star-telegram.com\/entertainment\/restaurants\/eats-beat\/article314996136.html\">The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque<\/a>, 1600 E. Copeland Road, Arlington, is open daily. It\u2019s a 7,900-square-foot Hill Country-style restaurant, the second Tarrant County location from the same family as top 10-ranked Hutchins BBQ.<\/p>\n<p>\u26ab<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.star-telegram.com\/entertainment\/restaurants\/eats-beat\/article314046218.html\">Bella Italia<\/a>, 6115 Camp Bowie Blvd., is expected to open its new location in about a week. The 38-year westside Italian restaurant moved 1\u00bd miles west when its former building was sold for a new <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.star-telegram.com\/entertainment\/restaurants\/eats-beat\/article314631125.html\">Acquolina<\/a>, an Aspen, Colorado, restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>\u26ab<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.star-telegram.com\/entertainment\/restaurants\/eats-beat\/article314346056.html\">Heim\u2019s Pig Stand<\/a>, 9904 Camp Bowie Blvd. West, is open as a food truck spinoff from the Heim Barbecue restaurants. It\u2019s from the owners of the upscale Acquario restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>\u26ab<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.felinatx.com\/?utm_content=link_in_bio&amp;fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGnUI8-Jq4-m0Ix5_vtQM-_hsDgx3dfJSHHnXy3VXPfJ0jCcloWXpLb6fXwx3g_aem_upKgUmWIa3D7LPvAGPGnSw\">Felina<\/a>, 401 Bryan Ave., is open as a new Roman-style pizzeria from the owners of Bocca Osteria Romana.<\/p>\n<p>\u26ab<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.star-telegram.com\/entertainment\/restaurants\/eats-beat\/article313138655.html\">North Texas Smoke<\/a>, 2803 U.S. 287, Decatur, is open in its new full-size restaurant location Wednesdays through Saturdays.
