At the McClintock and Warner intersection, the marking (red line on the pavement) indicating the beginning of the intersection when traveling southbound is misplaced.<\/p>\n<p>Per state law, the beginning of an intersection is delineated by a line running from the corner curb to the opposing corner curb.<\/p>\n<p>At McClintock, the northern line marking the intersection runs from the northwest corner curb eastward to a point some 100 feet east on Warner Road, rather than to the curb on the northeastern corner of the intersection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"OPINION \u2014 Tempe recently implemented red-light cameras at various intersections.
