Kanye West\u2019s once dream $57 million dollar mansion<\/a> is set to be auctioned off in front of a fountain in Pomona, California, this week.<\/p>\n

The beach front home, which was the center of a court battle last week, is in foreclosure and will be up for grabs on Thursday, the Post has learned.<\/p>\n

The house will be auctioned behind the fountain in Civic Center Plaza in Pomona, said a letter sent to investors according to the Wall Street Journal.<\/a><\/p>\n

The letter went on to say the loan\u2019s balance was nearly $21.1 million. It\u2019s just the latest saga surrounding the architecturally celebrated home designed by famed architect\u00a0Tadao Ando<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kanye bought the home in 2021 with a vision of creating a minimalistic bunker.\u00a0 He ordered handyman Tony Saxon to strip the home of all wiring and plumbing.\u00a0 He took out two fire pits and a jacuzzi.<\/p>\n

Saxon just won a six figure\u00a0 judgement against West surrounding work at the home. A Los Angeles jury awarded $140,000 for medical expenses and lost wages to Tony Saxon Wednesday.\u00a0 He was originally asking the rapper for $1.7 million.<\/p>\n

West and his now wife testified at the trial where several bizarre stories surrounding West surfaced including his plans for the once architecturally celebrated property.<\/p>\n

The concepts went from a \u201cbomb shelter\u201d to a \u201cmonastery\u201d to a \u201crecording studio\u201d and finally a \u201cplayground,\u201d testimony revealed.<\/p>\n

Saxon also told tales of late night trips with West to Home Depot <\/a>to get tools. He testified West \u201chad gotten distracted by a flower arrangement,\u201d causing them to miss out on buying any equipment.<\/p>\n

And in one case of mistaken identity, a worker who called West\u2019s then wife Kim Kardashian \u201cBianca\u201d<\/a> in error was afraid he\u2019d be fired.<\/p>\n

West sold the home in 2024 for $21 million dollars less than half of what he paid for it. The current owner Bo Belmont is reportedly behind on his payments.<\/p>\n

His plan was to reportedly make $8.5 million in renovations and sell it for over $50 million. \u201cI am working tirelessly to find a win in this situation,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
