He had formerly served as chief curator of the New Museum and managing editor of Artforum magazine. Known for his support of emerging and \u201cboundary pushing\u201d artists, Flood held senior roles at MoMA PS1 and the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis.<\/p>\n<p>The 10th-floor, \u201cgenerously proportioned\u201d co-op comes with details like high, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and an entry gallery.<\/p>\n<p>A large, light-filled living room features a floor-to-ceiling built-in bookcase. There\u2019s also a windowed eat-in kitchen and a spacious main bedroom.
