Three people were injured in this incident. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">According to Cmdr. Tommy Crumley, this case was closed after prosecutors declined to pursue charges, citing self-defense rights and inability to determine who fired first.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Within 30 minutes, two more shootings occurred. In a public parking lot in the 400 Block of 1st Street North, the second shooting left police with an identified suspect but not enough evidence to obtain an arrest warrant.
