Hwy. 46, Bulverde<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: May 1-Oct. 4<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $350,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026013851\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Freedom Place Business Park<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A new business park is on the way in Boerne. The 82,000-square-foot facility is looking to build in Kendall County off I-10 West.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 40225 I-10 West, Boerne<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: June 2026-May 2027<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $9 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026014806\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Crunch Fitness<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Documents for the first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crunch.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Crunch Fitness<\/a> location in New Braunfels have been filed in hopes of constructing a new 42,763-square-foot gym off N. Business I-35.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 651 N. Business I-35, Ste. 900, New Braunfels<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: April 1-Dec. 31<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $1.5 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026014416\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Neue Condos<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A massive $20 million project could soon be in the works in New Braunfels, as documents have been filed for the Neue Condos. The project consists of a four-story, 43-unit multifamily development spanning over 72,000 square feet.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 699 W.
