A teenager was arrested Thursday\u00a0over the\u00a0savage stabbing of a Queens mom of\u00a0three<\/a>\u00a0as\u00a0she was walking to a bus stop \u2014 with his own family handing him in, according to cops and sources.<\/p>\n

Luis Emmanuel Valencia Ponce, 18, was charged with attempted murder and assault\u00a0in the\u00a0terrifying\u00a0random attack<\/a>\u00a0in East\u00a0Elmhurst\u00a0-\u2013\u00a0just blocks from his own home\u00a0\u2014\u00a0early Monday, according to the NYPD.<\/p>\n

The masked brute was allegedly caught on surveillance video stalking the victim, 29-year-old Lisette Ramales, as she headed to the bus stop at 23rd Avenue and 94th\u00a0Street just after 6:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

The NYPD released a photo of the suspect wanted in connection with the Queens stabbing. dcpi<\/p>\n

Chilling\u00a0video\u00a0captured\u00a0the attacker knifing her several times before calmly walking away.<\/p>\n

The bloody knife was recovered from the scene, police said.<\/p>\n

The alleged perp was busted after his family recognized him in the surveillance images circulated by cops, sources told The Post.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe lives in the basement with his dad,\u201d said upstairs neighbor Berelyne Chalas, a 21-year-old medical student.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s very quiet. You know, like an emo kid. He\u2019s always wearing a hoodie. He just minds his own business, very quiet, very reserved.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s really creepy.\u201d<\/p>\n

As police hunted for the attacker, the traumatized young mom underwent treatment at the Elmhurst Hospital Center, where she later told The Post she was \u201cscared to go back home.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI was waiting for the light to turn\u00a0to\u00a0walk. [While]\u00a0I was waiting, all of a sudden, the guy slashed me,\u201d she said from her hospital bed.<\/p>\n

\u201cI yelled, and he looked like he turned around to go. And then just because I yelled, he did it again.\u201d<\/p>\n

The maniac didn\u2019t utter a word during the stabbing frenzy, according to the victim. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s the weird part. He didn\u2019t say anything,\u201d Ramales said. \u201cHe didn\u2019t take anything, my belongings \u2014 nothing.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The mom \u2013 whose kids are 3, 11\u00a0and\u00a014 \u2013 suffered multiple broken ribs as well as stab wounds in the attack.<\/p>\n

\u201cHonestly, I\u2019m scared to go back home,\u201d Ramales said. \u201cIf I do work, I\u2019m probably just going to go a little later in the day when there\u2019s sunlight.\u201d<\/p>\n

The victim insisted she didn\u2019t know her attacker after cops blasted out surveillance images of him.<\/p>\n
