\t\t\t\tFreight Fried Chicken, one of the Host True Flavors concession concepts, is coming to San Antonio International Airport\u2019s Terminal A late 2025.<\/p>\n

The details<\/strong><\/p>\n

As one of nine concepts<\/a> approved by the San Antonio City Council in 2024, Freight Fried Chicken is part of the new concession and retail shops slated for terminals A and B.<\/p>\n

Freight Fried Chicken was created by James Beard nominated Chef Nicola Blaque and opened the first location inside the Food Hall at Bottling in The Pearl<\/a>. The menu features fried chicken baskets, chicken tenders, biscuits and sandwiches. Sides include mac-n-cheese, seasoned fries, slaw and loaded potato salad.<\/p>\n

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation<\/a>, the renovation and alteration project will begin on Aug. 1 and be completed by Dec. 1. Construction is estimated to cost $250,000.<\/p>\n
