A few years later, Boulangerie Fueillette brand launched as a large, bakery-house concept<\/strong>. The concept was a hit, that which would expand across France with over 100 locations<\/strong>. This past year, Feuillette spun off of Boulangerie with the chic, urban-formatted Cafe Feuillette.<\/p>\nOpening in River Oaks <\/strong>this summer, the French-style cafe <\/strong>will feature its staple food and beverage menu. Here, Houstonians will be able to enjoy French patisserie essentials<\/strong> like financiers and caneles, as well as stuffed madeleines, and macarons \u2013 otherwise, the chef\u2019s first claim to fame.<\/p>\nDebatably, the cafe is most known for its pastry drinks.
