Syracuse, N.Y. \u2014 A total of 22 schools out of 68 in a six-county region of Central New York saw 90% or more of their students test proficient on global history Regents exams during the 2023-2024 school year, according to state data.<\/p>\n

No. 1 in the region was Weedsport Junior-Senior High school in the Weedsport school district in Cayuga County. A total of 99% of students there tested proficient on global history Regents last year.<\/p>\n
