Fort Worth, get ready to shop designer at Forty Five Ten luxury boutique and eat caviar at Cafe Mirador.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve been talking about this swanky Dallas boutique and restaurant<\/a> coming to West 7th for more than a year now. It will fit right in with its neighbors \u2014 the high-end Crescent Hotel and Don Artemio restaurant.<\/p>\n

Forty Five Ten<\/a> sells handbags, home goods, high-end clothing and jewelry. And its rooftop restaurant, Mirador<\/a>, has been recognized by D Magazine\u2019s Best of Big D<\/a> several times. Eater and Culture Map have also recognized it for best restaurant. Both Forty Five Ten and Mirador are owned and operated by Headington Companies,<\/a> which is responsible for shops in The Joule Hotel, Commissary, Tango Room and other downtown Dallas concepts<\/p>\n

Fort Worth\u2019s 4,800 square foot version of the boutique and restaurant will be like a \u201clittle sister\u201d to the original, four story, 45,000 square foot Dallas location<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The grand opening is on Saturday, March 21. Go hungry \u2014 to eat, and to spend.<\/p>\n

The Cafe Mirador<\/a> menu will be a daytime concept of the Mirador penthouse restaurant in Dallas.<\/p>\n

Customers can still get some of Dallas\u2019 favorite menu items, like lobster rolls, chicken bites, ahi tuna cornettes and eggs benedict. And of course, Tradition Osciestra Caviar is sprinkled on quite a few dishes. See what we think of the menu here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The cafe will also have pastries from Headington Company\u2019s Commissary Bakery, based in Dallas.<\/p>\n

Like we mentioned earlier, Cafe Mirador is a smaller concept with 33 seats. It will only be open for weekday lunch and weekend brunch.<\/p>\n

Mirador in Dallas is known for its weekend tea time. Cafe Mirador will not offer this at the start. But, there will be an abbreviated bar with the signature Mirador margarita, wine and champagne.<\/p>\n

Besides Lucchese or Neiman Marcus, Forty Five Ten is another choice for Fort Worthians who want more personalized luxury shopping options. And that\u2019s exactly the need that Anne Wallach, president of Forty Five Ten, saw.<\/p>\n

Forty Five Ten features an extensive collection of designer goods with some recognizable names like Thom Browne, Bode, Khaite, and Rabanne. Shoppers can request a one-on-one appointment with a stylist (email concierge@fortyfiveten.com), or walk in at their leisure.<\/p>\n

Forty Five Ten sells coats, pants, dresses, shoes, purses and jewelry. For homeware, they offer books, candles, art and fragrances. Their collections and brands rotate depending on what\u2019s in season and trending.<\/p>\n

The new $2.2 million boutique and cafe is located at 3220 W. Seventh St.<\/b><\/p>\n

The new location is located in Museum Place, which spans two blocks wide and three blocks long from Sixth Street to Camp Bowie Boulevard. This shopping center neighbors Fort Worth\u2019s West 7th Entertainment District and the Cultural District.<\/p>\n

Forty Five Ten will be open Wednesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

Cafe Mirador will be open Wednesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n
