Taylor Frankie Paul shrugged off criticism of her social media activity<\/a> while her \u201cworld literally just blew up.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality star hit back at a social media user begging the 31-year-old to \u201cget off [her] phone\u201d<\/a> over the weekend.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, the fan asked, \u201cWhy are you commenting back to people and reposting TikToks? \u2026 I would say her team should take her phone away from her, but no, she literally is reposting TikToks that are in support of her and she\u2019s commenting back to people on Instagram.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylor Frankie Paul vehemently defended being on social media as she navigates a custody battle and a series cancellation. Disney<\/p>\n

Clapping back at a TikTok user saying the reality star\u2019s \u201cworld literally just blew up,\u201d Paul asked, \u201cWant me to stare at the wall instead?\u201d Disney<\/p>\n

He highlighted a comment from Paul reading, \u201c[I\u2019m] always on \u2026 and yes it\u2019s my job \u2026 I still have to work.\u201d<\/p>\n

TikTok users commented that she should, with one writing, \u201clmfaooo like\u2026 literally yes. maybe think about the severity of what you\u2019ve done.\u201d<\/p>\n

The comment comes nearly one week after Season 5 of \u201cSecret Lives of Mormon Wives\u201d halted production<\/a> as Paul and her ex Dakota Mortensen are being investigated for a domestic violence incident with \u201callegations \u2026 made in both directions.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 31-year-old added that she \u201cstill [has] to work.\u201d Disney<\/p>\n

Last week, news broke that \u201cSecret Lives of Mormon Wives\u201d had paused filming as Paul was investigated for an alleged domestic violence incident. Hulu<\/p>\n

On Thursday, a 2023 video was released showing Paul throwing chairs at the DadTok star<\/a>, 33, during a violent confrontation, which led to her arrest<\/a> at the time.<\/p>\n

Her season of \u201cThe Bachelorette\u201d was subsequently canceled<\/a>, days before it was meant to air.<\/p>\n

Paul \u2014 who is also the mother of daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5, with ex-husband Tate Paul \u2014 blasted Mortensen via her rep later that same day for allegedly being an \u201caggressive, jealous ex-partner who refuse[s] to let [her] move on<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The statement continued, \u201cAfter years of silently suffering extensive mental and physical abuse<\/a> as well as threats of retaliation. Taylor is finally gaining the strength to face her accuser and taking steps to ensure that she and her children are protected from any further harm.\u201d<\/p>\n

Days later, a 2023 video was released showing Paul attacking Mortensen with chairs. Disney<\/p>\n

Mortensen, in turn, wrote, \u201cI am, unfortunately, used to these baseless claims about me and our relationship, which I categorically deny<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mortensen filed an order of protection against his on-again, off-again girlfriend Thursday, which granted him \u201ctemporary custody\u201d<\/a> of their 2-year-old son, Ever.<\/p>\n

He alleged that Paul choked him with a necklace<\/a> during a \u201cchaotic\u201d and \u201cfrightening\u201d argument in front of their toddler.<\/p>\n

Paul is not allowed \u201cparent time\u201d until an April 7 court hearing, where she will get to speak.<\/p>\n

For now, Paul has made headlines for sending a cheeky message<\/a> in a \u201cCan\u2019t Wait to Sleep With You\u201d sweater and sounding off on social media.<\/p>\n

Her season of \u201cThe Bachelorette\u201d was canceled in the wake of headlines. Disney<\/p>\n

Paul has since temporarily lost custody of Ever as Mortensen filed an order of protection. Disney<\/p>\n

She recently reacted to rumored \u201cBachelorette\u201d winner Doug Mason\u2019s show of support<\/a>, commenting, \u201cAw my heart goes out to him \u2764\ufe0f\u200d\ud83e\ude79. So sweet.\u201d<\/p>\n
