Kadyan is currently a senior partner and co-leader of the Technology Services practice at McKinsey &amp; Company.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to advising some of the world\u2019s leading AI, cloud, and technology companies on key strategies, M&amp;A, and commercial operations, Kadyan has led large-scale technology and AI transformations for major companies in other industries, CBRE said. Over the past 17 years, he has worked for McKinsey in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.<\/p>\n<p>Bob Sulentic, CBRE\u2019s chair and CEO, said his company \u201cwill benefit significantly from Anuj\u2019s extensive experience across technology, transformation, and strategy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis combination will be especially powerful in helping us to further differentiate our products and to operate our business more efficiently,\u201d he added in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Since joining McKinsey in 2009, Kadyan has worked in the New Jersey, Atlanta, London, and Delhi offices, serving clients on several continents. Previously, he led the Telecom, Media &amp; Tech Practice in India and served as the managing partner for the Gurugram office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an exciting time to be joining CBRE,\u201d Kadyan said. \u201cData, insight, and scale \u2014 combined with the right strategy\u2014are attributes that will define success in the future. Kevin Walmsley was named chief financial and operations officer, and Navneet Narula became chief sales officer. Motivus said both bring decades of experience to help advance its strategic vision and deliver digital innovation for clients. The company, which rebranded from AgileThought in October 2024, says the new identity reflects its shift toward higher-value offerings in software development and technology consulting.
