The project aims to enhance pedestrian mobility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update: <\/strong>Harris County Precinct 3 officials are evaluating the sidewalk program and funding to determine which projects, including this one, will move forward, Director of Communications Amery Reid confirmed via email March 9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timeline: <\/strong>TBD<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost: <\/strong>TBD<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funding source:<\/strong> TBD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Woodland Hills Drive, Teakwood Spring Drive traffic signal <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project:<\/strong> A new traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of Woodland Hills and Teakwood Spring drives. The project aims to increase driver safety.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update: <\/strong>This project is in the design phase and the construction start date has been moved up from 2027, Reid said.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timeline:<\/strong> starting construction in the third quarter of 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost: <\/strong>$650,000<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funding source:<\/strong> Harris County Precinct 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lakeshore subdivision drainage improvements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project:<\/strong> Storm sewer and inlet additions will be installed along Elm Shores Drive in the Lakeshore subdivision. The project aims to increase drainage capacity and reduce flood risk throughout the neighborhood.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update: <\/strong>This project has completed the design phase and is pending advertising for bids, Reid said.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timeline: <\/strong>TBD<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong> $350,000<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funding source: <\/strong>Harris County Precinct 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Will Clayton Parkway sidewalk<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project: <\/strong>A sidewalk will be constructed along Will Clayton Parkway between Tabor Brook Drive and Garbit Drive.
