{"id":680931,"date":"2026-03-25T14:38:14","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T14:38:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/680931\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T14:38:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T14:38:14","slug":"limerick-based-health-clinic-teams-up-with-mental-health-charity-haven-hub","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/680931\/","title":{"rendered":"Limerick-based health clinic teams up with mental health charity Haven Hub"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A HEALTH <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limerickleader.ie\/section\/750\/health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">clinic<\/a> on the city\u2019s northside teamed up with the Haven Hub for a training day.<\/p>\n<p>There was a full house at the premises of Neurosensei Lifelong Health Clinic in Thomondgate for an event focused on a holistic approach to health.<\/p>\n<p>Holistic health means caring for all of you, not just one part.<\/p>\n<p>The health clinic teamed up with the Haven Hub, which has also established a base in Thomondgate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PICTURES:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limerickleader.ie\/news\/pictures---videos\/2043310\/pictures-colourful-scenes-as-limerick-school-hosts-multicultural-day.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Colourful scenes as Limerick school hosts multicultural day<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Haven Hub helps people who are struggling by giving them a safe place to rest and someone to listen.<\/p>\n<p>Donations from the day went to the Haven Hub.<\/p>\n<p>The day formed part of an ongoing partnership between Neurosensei Lifelong Health Clinic and The Haven Hub through its body-mind-boost programme.<\/p>\n<p>This is a support service that has been running for the past three years with the Haven Hub.<\/p>\n<p>Delivered two to three times annually in eight-week blocks, the Haven Hub programme focuses on helping individuals dedicate daily time to their own physical and emotional wellbeing through structured community supports.<\/p>\n<p>The programme includes a broad range of activities designed to meet different needs across the community.
