{"id":681361,"date":"2026-03-25T19:01:13","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T19:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/681361\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T19:01:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T19:01:13","slug":"napoleon-dynamite-pedro-and-uncle-rico-visited-fort-worth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/681361\/","title":{"rendered":"Napoleon Dynamite, Pedro and Uncle Rico visited Fort Worth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tina the Llama was nowhere in sight, but Napoleon Dynamite, Pedro and Uncle Rico <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/shorts\/CqdhJM7CHo0\">came and got some dinner<\/a> in Fort Worth last weekend \u2014 so much dinner that they could barely pick up their full tray of brisket, sausage and dino ribs at Terry Black\u2019s Barbecue. <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ROFeU9_tFf4\">(No tater tots<\/a>, though.)<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0374900\/\">Napoleon Dynamite<\/a>\u201d stars Jon Heder (Napoleon), Efren Ramirez (Pedro) and Jon Gries (Uncle Rico)  recently got together in Fort Worth to enjoy the Texas barbecue classic, Terry Black\u2019s. <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@terryblacksbbq\/video\/7619437740181998879?embed_source=121374463%2C121468991%2C121439635%2C121749182%2C121433650%2C121404359%2C121497414%2C122122240%2C121351166%2C121811500%2C121960941%2C122122244%2C122122243%2C122122242%2C121487028%2C121679410%2C122237599%2C121331973%2C120811592%2C120810756%2C121885509%3Bnull%3Bembed_name&amp;refer=embed&amp;referer_url=www.chron.com%2Ffood%2Farticle%2Fnapoleon-dynamite-terry-blacks-texas-22090725.php&amp;referer_video_id=7619437740181998879\">A TikTok video from the restaurant on March 21<\/a> shows Heder and Ramirez ordering practically every meat on the menu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hear you\u2019re the man to come to, to put some hot meat in our mouth,\u201d Heder said  to a Terry Black\u2019s employee. Clearly, he wanted something more than a \u201cdang quesa-dilluh.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Then, Gries walks up with a tray of practically every side offered at Terry Black\u2019s. Screenshot of Terry Black\u2019s Tik Tok                                                                                        <\/p>\n<p>Once their tray was stuffed with <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/terryblacksbbq.com\/ft-worth#menu\">Terry Black\u2019s brisket<\/a>, pork ribs, dino ribs, sausage and turkey, Heder and Ramirez both carried the tray off the table, grunting.<\/p>\n<p>From the looks of the video, the three seemed to have ordered every single meat and side menu item. In classic Napoleon fashion, the actors were \u201cfreakin\u2019 starving, gosh!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What is the \u2018Napoleon Dynamite\u2019 cast doing now?<\/p>\n<p>The 2004 comedy shows the painfully awkward life of curly-haired Napoleon Dynamite trying to help his new friend, Pedro, win class president at their high school in Idaho. Dynamite\u2019s dysfunctional family included his weird Uncle Rico, a bachelor who sold breast implants.<\/p>\n<p>Heder, Ramirez and Gries have been celebrating the 20th anniversary of \u201cNapoleon Dynamite\u201d with <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.napoleondynamitelive.com\/\">\u201cNapoleon Dynamite\u201d Live<\/a>, a touring show where the three host a Q+A after a screening of the film.<\/p>\n<p>Heder is most commonly known for the movies \u201cNapoleon Dynamite\u201d and \u201c<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0445934\/\">Blades of Glory<\/a>.\u201d Most recently, he starred in a 2024 comedy called \u201c<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt14146836\/\">Tapawingo<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ramirez is also most well-known for his role as Pedro.
