Tina the Llama was nowhere in sight, but Napoleon Dynamite, Pedro and Uncle Rico came and got some dinner<\/a> in Fort Worth last weekend \u2014 so much dinner that they could barely pick up their full tray of brisket, sausage and dino ribs at Terry Black\u2019s Barbecue. (No tater tots<\/a>, though.)<\/p>\n

\u201cNapoleon Dynamite<\/a>\u201d stars Jon Heder (Napoleon), Efren Ramirez (Pedro) and Jon Gries (Uncle Rico) recently got together in Fort Worth to enjoy the Texas barbecue classic, Terry Black\u2019s. A TikTok video from the restaurant on March 21<\/a> shows Heder and Ramirez ordering practically every meat on the menu.<\/p>\n

\u201cI hear you\u2019re the man to come to, to put some hot meat in our mouth,\u201d Heder said to a Terry Black\u2019s employee. Clearly, he wanted something more than a \u201cdang quesa-dilluh.\u201d<\/p>\n

Then, Gries walks up with a tray of practically every side offered at Terry Black\u2019s. If you didn\u2019t know, Gries was a vegetarian<\/a> while filming \u201cNapoleon Dynamite.\u201d He had to eat steak often while shooting, which paid off for his iconic scene where he throws a steak<\/a> and hits Dynamite in the face, knocking off his glasses.<\/p>\n

Twenty-two years later, Napoleon Dynamite poses the same question: \u201cWell, what is there to eat?<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

What did Napoleon Dynamite order at Terry Black\u2019s?<\/p>\n

When the Terry Black\u2019s employee holds up a dino rib, Heder asks, \u201cIs this Tina?\u201d\u2014 referencing the infamous llama that Napoleon calls a \u201cfat lard\u201d when trying to feed her a dinner of leftover casserole.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m here for the sides,\u201d Gries says as he walks up with a tray of mac and cheese, green beans, pinto beans, rice, corn, potato salad and coleslaw.<\/p>\n

Once their tray was stuffed with Terry Black\u2019s brisket<\/a>, pork ribs, dino ribs, sausage and turkey, Heder and Ramirez both carried the tray off the table, grunting.<\/p>\n

From the looks of the video, the three seemed to have ordered every single meat and side menu item. In classic Napoleon fashion, the actors were \u201cfreakin\u2019 starving, gosh!\u201d<\/p>\n

What is the \u2018Napoleon Dynamite\u2019 cast doing now?<\/p>\n

The 2004 comedy shows the painfully awkward life of curly-haired Napoleon Dynamite trying to help his new friend, Pedro, win class president at their high school in Idaho. Dynamite\u2019s dysfunctional family included his weird Uncle Rico, a bachelor who sold breast implants.<\/p>\n

Heder, Ramirez and Gries have been celebrating the 20th anniversary of \u201cNapoleon Dynamite\u201d with \u201cNapoleon Dynamite\u201d Live<\/a>, a touring show where the three host a Q+A after a screening of the film.<\/p>\n

Heder is most commonly known for the movies \u201cNapoleon Dynamite\u201d and \u201cBlades of Glory<\/a>.\u201d Most recently, he starred in a 2024 comedy called \u201cTapawingo<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ramirez is also most well-known for his role as Pedro. But he continues to act and also tour with Heder and Gries for \u201dNapoleon Dynamite\u201d Live.<\/p>\n

Gries is also most well-known as Uncle Rico but in 2021, landed the role as Greg Hunt on the Emmy Award-winning \u201cThe White Lotus<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

It is unclear what the trio was doing in North Texas, though they did visit Arlington in February for \u201cNapoleon Dynamite\u201d Live.<\/p>\n
