Leon718 \u2013 stock.adobe.com<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSexual activity without consent is a crime, one that is vigorously prosecuted by my office,\u201d District Attorney Susan Cacace said in a statement. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am so proud of the victim in this case for promptly reporting the incident to law enforcement so we could begin a thorough investigation. We will continue to support her through all phases of this process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors said the alleged early-morning rape took place on a boat registered to Bryan.<\/p>\n<p>The DA\u2019s office said the woman \u201cwas incapable of providing consent because she was physically helpless,\u201d but did not specify if she was intoxicated or otherwise incapacitated.<\/p>\n<p>The victim reported the incident to New Rochelle police, which launched a probe that led to Bryan\u2019s arrest on Tuesday, prosecutors said.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1.49926794;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"38893074\" width=\"885\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/tan-suit-daughter-shayla-gramajo-113972831.jpg\" alt=\"Westchester County DA Susan Cacace speaking at a podium with microphones.\" class=\"wp-image-38893074\"  \/>Westchester County DA Susan Cacace credited the alleged rape victim with having the courage to contact police.
