The annual occasion is set for Friday, April 24, and will transform the 11th-floor venue of the Kimpton Hotel Monaco into a fully immersive and over-the-top Mardi-Gras bash with themed food, drinks and plenty of entertainment.

Guests can sip on Big Easy cocktails like Hurricanes, Sazeracs and Vieux Carré, plus bite into beignets, boudin, roast beef po’ boys, oyster shooters, and other treats. The space will also be decked out with a 360° photo booth, disco ball dancers, show girls, LED aerialists, fire dancer performances and a VIP caviar and bubbly experience. Plus, DJ Vanya will be on saxophone along with DJ Frank Nitty spinning New Orleans-inspired vinyl during VIP, followed by a set by DJ Smooth.

Tickets for the VIP party (5:30 – 8:30 p.m.) are $100 per person and include complimentary food, live entertainment, and access to a premium open bar. General Admission is $25 per person and grants entry from 8:30 p.m. to 2 a.m., with cash food and beverages available. Tickets can be found online at Stratus’ official site.

“Spring Awakening has remained our most anticipated event of the year, and because of this overwhelming response by those who continue to join us year after year, we’re constantly striving to present a fresh and unforgettable experience with each installment,” says Richard Ruth, Food and Beverage Director at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia. “We plan to truly make this an evening to remember and look forward to celebrating warmer and brighter months ahead with everyone who joins us.”

But that’s not the only thing popping up at the sky-high locale this season.

Stratus is also bringing back its popular wellness series with the relaunch of Rooftop Vinyasa Flow. Kicking off Saturday, April 4, the program returns as a weekly offering with a consistent every-Saturday schedule, inviting guests to trade the traditional studio setting for an elevated outdoor experience.

Held each Saturday at 9 a.m., the 60-minute, all-levels class will be led by Kelly Friedberg and each session will blend elements of Hatha yoga with the fluid, breath-focused movement of Vinyasa yoga. The result is a balanced, full-body practice designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen the connection between breath and movement.

Each experience has limited capacity, so its recommended to nab tickets early. Classes are complimentary for hotel guests and $25 for non-guests, with advance registration required via Eventbrite.

To learn more about everything happening at Stratus Rooftop Lounge (433 Chestnut St.), visit stratuslounge.com

To truly ring in this season with some style, Stratus Rooftop Lounge will once again throw its fan-favorite…

[5132
5229,169188,1448,2830,1311,9877,89202,67,586,132,5230,68,2969
post-684578","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-philadelphia","tag-america","tag-mardi-gras","tag-pa","tag-pennsylvania","tag-philadelphia","tag-spring","tag-stratus","tag-united-states","tag-united-states-of-america","tag-unitedstates","tag-unitedstatesofamerica","tag-us","tag-usa
["GET
