Deer Creek Golf Course, located at 7691 East Liberty Street in Hubbard, has closed its doors, effective March 26, 2026.<\/p>\n

The news was shared on the Deer Creek Golf Course website<\/a> and on its Facebook page<\/a>, citing \u201ceconomic reasons\u201d as the reason for the closure.<\/p>\n

21 News has contacted a man who claims to be a partial owner of Deer Creek Golf Course, who says that there is no comment at this time.<\/p>\n

Records from the Trumbull County Auditors website<\/a> show that two parcels owned by Deer Creek Golf Course have incurred $17,127.75 in property taxes due in 2025. Penalties have also been incurred, and those figures are included in the over $17,000 owed.<\/p>\n

It is unclear if the 2025 property taxes are related to the golf course\u2019s decision to close.<\/p>\n
