But also find creative offerings such as a warm biscuit service, a creperie station and a smoker carving station boasting coffee-ancho chili tri\u2011tip, charred poblano salsa verde house\u2011smoked ham with prickly pear hot honey glaze, and jalape\u00f1o cheddar smoked sausage. A variety of desserts, plus fruit from the orchard, offer plenty of sweet options.<\/p>\n

To keep the kids busy, a day of festive activities awaits. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., there\u2019ll be crafts, face painting, bounce houses, cookie decorating and the resort\u2019s signature Easter egg hunts (9 a.m. for ages 4 and younger, 9:30 a.m. for ages 5-7, 10 a.m. for ages 8-12). The menu continues with seasonal vegetables and seafood, including crudites, English pea risotto and carrots, and red snapper with wild cockles, artichoke, curated tomato, miner\u2019s lettuce and basil. Heartier dishes follow. Duck breast \u201cprepared like ham\u201d will be served with scalloped potatoes, asparagus and mustard custard and Anderson Ranch lamb loin partners with northern white beans, eggplant, fennel, green chickpeas, olives and lamb demi-glace.
