When it rains, it pours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Amid reports Cole Palmer<\/a> and Enzo Fernandez<\/a> could seek a move away from Stamford Bridge, a third Chelsea<\/a> star has now cast doubt over his future at the club.<\/p>\n

Speaking while on international duty with Spain, Blues defender Marc Cucurella<\/a> was quizzed on whether he’d entertain a move to Barcelona.<\/p>\n

On your Marc<\/p>\n

“Let’s see, it’s clear that if those situations arise, well, they are hard to turn down, but I would consider it in the end,” Cucurella said.<\/p>\n

“It is not just me. I also have to think perhaps about my family, and together we would decide what is best for us.<\/p>\n

“But, as I have said before, right now I am not thinking about that.<\/p>\n

“It it comes, it will come, and we will see what decision is made.”<\/p>\n

It would mark an emotional return for Cucurella, who first joined the Spanish giants in 2012 and spent eight years on their books before moving to Getafe in June 2020.<\/p>\n

However, Cucurella was only a permanent player at Getafe for just one season as Brighton came calling in August 2021.<\/p>\n

Cucurella’s impressive displays for the Seagulls caught the eyes of the Premier League’s heavyweight clubs, as Chelsea beat Manchester City in the race for his signature<\/a> having agreed a \u00a363million deal.<\/p>\n

The Spaniard has a contract until 2028.<\/p>\n

Cucurella’s comments are the latest in what has been a worrying few days for Blues supporters when it comes to the futures of key players.<\/p>\n

Reports emerged over the weekend Palmer could be tempted to push for an exit<\/a> amid frustrations with Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior’s tactics.<\/p>\n

Real Madrid, Manchester United and Bayern Munich have all been credited with an interest in Palmer, although a mooted \u00a3150m price tag could put the trio off.<\/p>\n

Further muddying the waters is the fact all three clubs already have players who boast a similar profile to Palmer, with Gabby Agbonlahor unconvinced Real Madrid even want the England international.<\/a><\/p>\n

Palmer hasn’t been as explicit about his uncertain future as teammate Fernandez, who has continually dropped hints he could leave the Blues.<\/p>\n

Fernandez ignited rumours about his future following the second leg of Chelsea’s defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League last 16 when he could not confirm he’d be at Stamford Bridge<\/a> after the World Cup.<\/p>\n

The Argentina international fanned the flames when he seemingly took a swipe at Chelsea’s board regarding their decision to part ways with Enzo Maresca in January.<\/a><\/p>\n

Fernandez has now claimed he could see himself living in Spain,<\/a> stating: “I really like Madrid – it’s similar to Buenos Aires.”<\/p>\n

The World Cup winner’s comments will only fuel rumours he wants a move to Real Madrid.<\/p>\n

talkSPORT understands Fernandez is open to a move to the Spanish giants in the summer, but Real are yet to take any formal steps towards making the switch a reality.<\/p>\n
