All frontline workers have to do is present a valid work ID at checkout to redeem the promotion.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Supporting healthcare workers is a core part of our commitment to the communities we serve,\u201d said Tracy Kim, CEO of Dig Inn. \u201cThey show up every day with compassion and dedication, and this initiative is our way of expressing our gratitude for all that they do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The menu is built around customizable, seasonal \u201cmarket bowls\u201d that combine a base like brown rice or greens with a protein and several vegetable sides. Options span bites with charred chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli, mac and cheese, spicy salmon, couscous, steak, crispy tofu and a vegan kale Caesar salad. Anyone can \u201cbuild-your-own\u201d option where you can mix and match proteins with a rotating selection of sides, and in addition to bowls, some locations offer sandwiches, family-style meals, sweet bites (like brownies and cookies), plus sips like sparkling water and house-made lemonade.<\/p>\n<p>The debut of the new location in Center City earlier this month also marked the launch of the brand\u2019s new spring menu with options like lemon piccata sauce, roasted green beans with calabrian pesto, \u00a0herby green rice, and the return of the \u201cfan-favorite\u201d cheesy cauliflower.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOpening in Center City marks an exciting milestone for Dig Inn as we continue to grow in Philadelphia,\u201d adds Kim. \u201cAt our core, we believe in nourishing communities, both inside and outside our doors.
