In court documents filed Wednesday, the \u201cWild Things\u201d actress details several alleged violent altercations she has had with Phypers, including him threatening to kill her and himself if she ever reported him to the cops.<\/p>\n
\u201cThroughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack,\u201d Richards wrote, according to court docs obtained by Page Six.<\/p>\n

The mom of three then claims Phypers called her a \u201cf\u2013king bitch\u201d while hitting her in the eye with the palm of his hand.<\/p>\n

\u201cAaron grabbed me by the back of my head by my hair and slammed me into the ground and screamed, \u2018You are not cancelling my flight, I am going with you and I do not trust you,’\u201d she claims in the docs.<\/p>\n
Richards also included photos of her bruised face, which she alleges came from her estranged husband.<\/p>\n
Phypers has been ordered to stay 100 yards from Richards and her property, including her home and car.<\/p>\n
