Zendaya arrived at the New York City premiere of \u201cThe Drama\u201d on Thursday night in a strapless black and blue feathered gown from Schiaparelli Haute Couture<\/a>, completing the bridal tradition<\/a> she and longtime stylist Law Roach have been threading through her press tour for the film.<\/p>\n

The dress was made up of 65,000 blue and black raw silk feathers in 27 different shades of blue.<\/p>\n

She went with a light makeup look, but further complimented the color of her dress with her blue eyeshadow. Getty Images<\/p>\n

The Emmy winner, 29, paired the look with sparkling silver and blue earrings as well as a massive matching ring on her hand.<\/p>\n

She styled her hairslicked backand wore her makeuplight aside from the matching blue eyeshadow.<\/p>\n

She and Roach organized the tour around the classic wedding rhyme \u2014 \u201csomething old, something new, something borrowed, something blue\u201d \u2014 revealing the framework<\/a> at the film\u2019s LA premiere on March 17.<\/p>\n

For \u201csomething old,\u201d Zendaya resurrected the white Vivienne Westwood gown<\/a> she first wore to the 2015 Oscars at 18 \u2014 a look that made headlines after Giuliana Rancic made offensive comments about her dreadlocks.<\/p>\n

In Paris, \u201csomething new\u201d took the form of a backless white Louis Vuitton gown<\/a> with a dramatic black bow train.<\/p>\n

Then came Rome, where she went with \u201csomething borrowed\u201d: a black Armani Priv\u00e9 gown pulled from Cate Blanchett\u2019s closet.<\/p>\n

The bridal breadcrumbs haven\u2019t stopped at the Big Four premieres, either. Throughout the tour, Zendaya has nodded to themes of romance and destruction \u2014 think shredded tulle and tattered chiffon \u2014 while alternating between bridal white and sharp, groom-inspired menswear.<\/p>\n

The fashion theater has doubled as a guessing game about her personal life. Roach claimed at the Actor Awards<\/a> on March 1 that Zendaya and fianc\u00e9 Tom Holland are married, telling Access Hollywood, \u201cThe wedding has already happened.\u201d<\/p>\n

He doubled down at the Oscars<\/a> two weeks later, while Zendaya herself has played coy \u2014 swapping her 5-carat diamond engagement ring for a thin gold band and responding to Jimmy Kimmel\u2019s prodding<\/a> about online rumors with a sarcastic, \u201cReally? I haven\u2019t seen any of that.\u201d<\/p>\n

She\u2019s since worn the same ring in every appearance, seeming to confirm her martial status.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Drama,\u201d the A24 film in which she and Robert Pattinson play an engaged couple whose relationship unravels days before their nuptials, opens in theaters Friday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"And the bride wore something blue.
