Cassandra Jenkins<\/a> has announced a companion album to last year\u2019s My Light, My Destroyer<\/a>. The New York artist\u2019s new album, My Light, My Massage Parlor<\/a>, is out digitally on August 14 via Dead Oceans<\/a>. (Physical editions are out September 5.) Leading the new album is \u201cDelphinium Bliss<\/a>,\u201d a reinterpretation of \u201cDelphinium Blue<\/a>.\u201d Watch the new track\u2019s blissful video below.<\/p>\n

My Light, My Massage Parlor is a fully instrumental project that Jenkins made with pianist Michael Coleman. The album also features woodwinds, horns, strings, wind chimes, and cricket sounds.<\/p>\n

My Light, My Destroyer is Jenkins\u2019 second album to get the companion treatment. Previously, she shared (An Overview On) An Overview on Phenomenal Nature<\/a> to go with An Overview on Phenomenal Nature<\/a>.<\/p>\n
