Videos out of Wilmington, Dolton, and Calumet City show roads covered in water.<\/p>\n ABC7 crews spotted several vehicles stranded in high water. Some vehicles were partially submerged.<\/p>\n Underpasses were also flooded, forcing drivers to find other ways to get around.
